Mental health support

You don't have to figure it out alone. Talk with a licensed provider about stress, anxiety, low mood or sleep, privately, from wherever you feel comfortable.

Talking helps

Life gets heavy sometimes: work pressure, a loss, a change you didn't ask for, nights you can't sleep. Talking it through with someone trained to help can make a real difference, and it is easier when you can do it from your own couch.

What we can help with

  • Stress and burnout

When work and life feel like too much.

  • Anxiety and worry

    Racing thoughts, tension, panic.

  • Low mood

Feeling down, flat or not yourself.

  • Sleep problems

    Trouble falling or staying asleep.

  • Life changes and grief

Support through loss and big transitions.

  • Relationships

Strain at home, at work or with family.

Your first visit

Your provider asks how you have been feeling and what you would like to change. Together you agree on next steps, from practical self-care to regular counseling sessions or other treatment.

If you are in crisis

A virtual visit is not an emergency service. In the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time, or call 911 if you or someone else is in danger.
