What we treat

Everyday health problems that can be treated well without an office visit, and a clear word on when you should go in person.

Common conditions

These are some of the reasons members request a visit. Not sure whether your problem fits? Request a visit anyway and your provider will tell you.

  • Colds, flu and COVID-19

Fever, cough, congestion and body aches.

  • Sinus, ear and throat

Sinus pressure, earaches and sore throats.

  • Allergies and asthma

Seasonal allergies, hay fever and inhaler refills.

  • Skin problems

Rashes, insect bites, mild burns and skin infections.

  • Urinary tract infections

Burning, urgency and other common UTI symptoms.

  • Stomach troubles

Nausea, diarrhea, heartburn and acid reflux.

  • Minor injuries

Sprains, strains and bumps that need advice.

  • Stress, anxiety and sleep

Talk it through with a licensed provider.

When to go in person

A virtual visit is not an emergency service. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke or a serious injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time.

Questions about conditions

My problem isn't on the list. Can I still book?

Yes. The list shows common examples. Your provider will tell you if your problem needs an in-person visit.

Can you diagnose without seeing me in person?

For many common conditions, yes, by asking questions and, on video, looking at what matters. If a test or exam is needed, your provider will explain where to go.
