Urgent care

Feeling unwell? Talk to a licensed provider by video or phone, usually the same day, without leaving home.

Skip the urgent care waiting room

A sinus infection, a stubborn cough or a UTI can ruin a week. Virtual urgent care lets you get help in minutes from your couch, your desk or a hotel room. If you need a prescription, it is waiting at your pharmacy.

Common reasons for a visit

  • Cold and flu

    Fever, cough, congestion and aches.

  • Sinus and ear infections

    Pressure, pain and blocked ears.

  • Sore throat

Including advice on whether you need a strep test.

  • Urinary tract infections

Fast treatment for common UTI symptoms.

  • Rashes and bites

    Show your provider on video.

  • Minor injuries

Sprains, strains and what to do next.

How it works

  1. Request a visit

Tell us what is going on and choose video or phone.

  2. Talk to a provider

Usually the same day, often within hours.

  3. Start feeling better

Get your care plan and any prescription at your pharmacy.

When it's an emergency

A virtual visit is not an emergency service. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke or a serious injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time.

Questions about urgent care

Can I be seen today?

Most urgent care visits happen the same day. Request a visit and choose the earliest time.

Can I get antibiotics online?

If your provider finds a bacterial infection that needs them, yes. Many colds and sore throats are viral and get better without antibiotics. Your provider will explain.
