Online doctor for kids
When your child is sick at night or on a weekend, see a licensed provider by video from home – no dragging a feverish child to a waiting room.
How a visit for your child works
A parent or guardian is on the call. The provider asks about symptoms, temperature, eating, drinking and sleep, and may ask you to show the throat, ear or rash on camera.
Common reasons for a visit
- Colds, coughs and fevers
- Pink eye
- Rashes and skin problems
- Ear pain
- Allergies
When a child needs care in person now
- A baby under 3 months with a temperature of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher
- Trouble breathing, blue lips, or a child who is very sleepy or hard to wake
- Signs of dehydration, such as no wet diaper for 8 hours
- A seizure, or a stiff neck with a fever
A virtual visit is not an emergency service. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke or a serious injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time.
